Corn Kugelhopf


  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g corn flour
  • 150 ml mineral water
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax
  • 300 g Feta cheese
  • sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • toasted sunflower seeds (approx.)


Whisk the eggs, add mineral water, oil, salt, baking powder, crumbled cheese, ground flax, sunflower seeds and flour. Mix well and transfer to greased mold for Kugelhopf. Bake on 200 degrees until get nice golden color.

If you replace corn flour with some other allowed in restriction, this can be complicated dish which can be consumed once in 15 days, due to combination of eggs and diary products.
