Ingredients
- 1/2 kg turkey lean meat
- few zucchini
- 300 g spinach
- garlic
- leek
- sea salt
- pepper
- pinch of crushed hot chili pepper
Preparation
Chop leek and stew on little water, and in a meantime chop zucchini into cubes, spinach into strips and meat into cubes. When leek is soften add meat and stew for a few minutes, then add chopped vegetables and of course spices. Cook until soften.
