Turkey Loaf With Pepper Sauce


  • 500 g minced turkey meat
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 young zucchini
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 3 red peppers
  • 100 ml tomato sauce
  • sea salt, pepper
  • allowed oil for frying


Chop onion into cubes and mash garlic. Peel zucchini and coarsely grate it and leave to release water, then drain it. Mix in a bowl minced meat, grated zucchini, onion and garlic. Add egg whites, paprika and spices per taste. Coat rectangular mold with baking paper and pour mixture in it. Bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees about 45 minutes. While baking loaf, prepare sauce. Clean pepper from seeds and petioles and chop into larger cubes. Fry them on little oil until soften. Transfer fried peppers into blender, add tomato sauce and mix together. Cut baked loaf into slices and pour prepared sauce over them.
