Pie With Nettle And Young Cheese


  • 500 g buckwheat phyllo dough
  • 1 piece of young cheese
  • 1 handful blanched and chopped nettle
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • little sea salt


Mix all ingredients. Take three sheets of phyllo dough, grease each with little mineral water and oil, then place prepared mixture on third sheet and arrange in a baking dish. Then take other three sheets, repeat procedure until you have ingredients. Instead of this kind of ordering you can wrap the pie as a snail. In that case bake in round baking dish, otherwise use rectangular baking dish to arrange pie. Bake on 200 degrees for about 15 minutes, then more 15 minutes on 150 degrees.
