Ingredients
- 1/2 yellow pepper
- 1/2 zucchini
- 3 eggs
- pinch of sea salt
- 1/2 tomato
- chopped parsley
- pork fat for frying
Preparation
On a little pork fat fry yellow pepper chopped into cubes, then add zucchini also chopped into cubes and fry until vegetables get nice golden color. Then add whisked eggs with salt and when eggs start frying add tomato also chopped into cubes and chopped parsley. Just stir and that’s it. Serve with chrono bread or some chrono pastry and some fresh salad.
