Ingredients
- 500 g chicken fillet
- 2 red peppers
- 1 bunch of chard
- 1 small zucchini
- sea salt
- pepper
Preparation
Cut the chicken meat into thin steaks and tenderize it using meat mallet. Spice with salt and pepper per taste. Chop red pepper into sticks and zucchini into thin slices. Place one chard leaf over transparent foil, one chicken steak over it, then two slices of zucchini and at the end few sticks of pepper. Fold the ends and roll. Repeat the procedure with the rest of chard leaves. Roll prepared rolls in transparent foil, tighten the ends so that the packages do not fall apart during cooking. Lower rolls into boiling water and cook about ten minutes. Take them out using perforated spoon and unroll carefully.
