- 200 g marinated salmon fillet
- 150 g mascarpone cheese
- 1 organic lemon
- 1/2 bunch of dill
- 1 teaspoon grated horseradish
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Wash lemon and make zest and juice. Wash dill, drain and finely chop. Also chop salmon fillets. Mix in a bowl mascarpone cheese, pinch of sea salt, lemon zest and lemon juice. Add grated horseradish, chopped salmon and dill. Mix well to get nice, compact mixture. Chop some chrono bread or chrono pastry and richly spread prepared mixture over it. Sprinkle with pepper and enjoy combining it with some fresh salad.
