Chicken Kebabs With Kohlrabi


  • 400 g chicken fillet
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 2 large kohlrabi
  • oregano
  • allowed oil for frying
  • sea salt, pepper


Cut the chicken lengthwise into strips. Put the meat into bowl, add mustard, 2 tablespoons of oil, curry and oregano. Also add salt and pepper per taste, mix well and leave in the fridge to rest for at least 60 minutes. Arrange marinated meat on wooden skewers. Peel kohlrabi and chop into thin slices, and spice per your taste. Cover baking dish with baking paper, sprinkle with oil and arrange kohlrabi on it. Bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees until get nice golden color. Fry chicken kebabs on heated oil to get nice golden color on both sides and serve with baked kohlrabi and cucumber salad.
