Sardine Stuffed Peppers


  • 2 green belly peppers
  • 1 sardine can
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 2 egg whites
  • 100 ml mineral water
  • sea salt, pepper
  • allowed oil for frying


Cut green peppers completely with petiole lengthwise into halves and clean from the seeds. Wash baby spinach and chop into stripes, take out sardines from the can and drain from the oil. Stuff halves of green peppers with spinach and sardines. Separately whisk the egg white with mineral water and little salt. Pour prepared mixture over stuffed peppers. Arrange peppers on a baking paper sprinkled with oil and bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees until get nice golden color.
