Chicken And Zucchini Roll


  • 500 g chicken fillet
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 leek
  • 2 green belly peppers
  • little allowed oil
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • sea salt


Cut the tops from zucchini and then completely with the bark chop into thin slices. Cut the chicken meat into steaks, tenderize using meat mallet and spice with little salt. Chop leek into rings and peppers into sticks and gently fry them on little oil until soften. Take transparent foil and cut into appropriate size. Arrange zucchini slices over foil so that they overlap at the ends, then place chicken over the zucchini and then fried peppers with the leek over the meat. Then carefully roll with the help of foil. Cook prepared roll in boiling water for 15 minutes. Leave to cool, remove foil and cut into slices.
