Ingredients
For the biscuit:
- 250 g mineral water
- 120 ml allowed oil
- 100 g fructose
- 1 tablespoon chrono apricot jam
- 180 g spelt flour
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
For the glaze:
- 100 g chocolate with at least 75% cocoa
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
For decoration:
- 1 banana (optional)
Preparation
Mix ain a bowl mineral water, oil, fructose and jam. Mix well. In other bowl mix flour, cocoa, baking soda and cinnamon. Add mixture of dry ingredients into mixture of liquid ingredients and use mixer to avoid making lumps. Grease baking dish and sprinkle with flour, then pour prepared mixture in it. Bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees about 25 minutes. In the meantime prepare glaze: melt chocolate with sour cream on moderate temperature. Pour prepared glaze over baked biscuit and leave on cold place. If you like banana, use it as decoration.
