  • 250 g turkey fillet
  • mix of dried spices
  • grape seed oil
  • 150 g grated fresh celery
  • 3 belly peppers (yellow, red and green)
  • cucumber
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • tomato
  • onion


Tenderize the meat using meat mallet, spice per your taste and fry from both sides. Fry also on a little oil chopped vegetables. Fry chopped onion, then add mushrooms. Place meat on a plate, arrange vegetables and mushrooms beside and decorate with tomato, cucumber, lettuce, parsley and grated celery sprinkled with lemon juice.
