Ingredients
- 250 g cherries
- 150 g mascarpone cheese
- 80 g fructose
- 250 ml whipping cream
- 5 g vegetable gelatin
Preparation
Clean the cherries from the pits and mix them in a blender to get a mushy mixture. Pour 2 tablespoons of cold water over gelatin and leave to swell and then melt it on moderate temperature and add to cherry mixture. Then add fructose and stir. Prepare whipping cream and take a few tablespoons of it and leave on the side for decoration. The rest of whipped cream mix with mascarpone cheese. Then add cherry mixture and stir well to get compact mixture. Arrange prepared mixture in four glass serving glasses, decorate with whipped cream and four whole cherries on a top.
