Ingredients
- 200 g strawberries
- 4 kiwis
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 50 ml almond milk
- 300 ml water
- 100 g roasted almonds
- 25 g fructose
- 1 vanilla bar
Preparation
Mix in a bowl almond milk, water, fructose and shredded vanilla bar. Add chia seeds, stir and leave in the fridge to swell. Peel strawberries, cut into quarters, peel kiwis and cut into rings and coarsely chop almonds. After chia seeds are swelled take two glass jars, arrange pudding on the bottom in both of them, then place strawberries and kiwis over the pudding and sprinkle with chopped almond.
