Aromatic Salmon Fillets


  • 500 g salmon fillets
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 lime
  • 2 sprigs of spring onion
  • 1 small onion
  • 50 ml grape seed oil
  • sea salt, pepper


Chop salmon fillets into four pieces. Finely chop dill, and use lime to get zest and juice. Chop spring onion into rings and onion into cubes. Mix in a bowl chopped onion, dill, grape seed oil, zest and lime juice. Add pinch of salt and pepper. Grease baking dish, arrange salmon fillets in it and pour prepared marinade over each piece of fish. Bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees about 30 minutes.
