Ingredients

  • 1 cup spelt flour
  • 1/2 cup rye flour
  • 1/2 buckwheat flour
  • 1/2 baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup sour milk
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tablespoons roasted red pepper sauce or tomato sauce
  • 1 handful chopped spinach

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, pour into silicone molds for muffins and bake on 200 degrees about 20 to 30 minutes.
