Ingredients
- 1/2 leek
- 1/2 kale
- sea salt, pepper
- fresh parsley
- mackerel can
Preparation
Finely chop leek and fry on little allowed oil and little water. Then add chopped kale and fry together until soften. Add salt, pepper and chopped parsley. Serve with mackerel from the can and sprinkle with lemon juice.
