Fast Pie With Ham


  • 400 g buckwheat phyllo
  • 200 g ham
  • 2 sour cream
  • 200 g Emmental cheese
  • olive oil


Grease one sheet of phyllo with olive oil, place second over it, place one tablespoon of mixture you prepared from chopped ham, sour cream and cheese. Form by folding into triangles which you’ll arrange in a greased baking dish. Bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees about half an hour.
