Ingredients
- 500 g chrono gnocchi
- 500 g broccoli
- 100 g pine nuts
- 2 – 3 tablespoons pesto
- little butter
- sea salt, pepper, basil, nutmeg
- Parmesan slices
Preparation
Cook gnocchi as directed. Separately cook broccoli. Melt butter in a pan, add cooked broccoli, little pesto, salt, pepper, basil and nutmeg. Pour prepared mixture over the gnocchi and sprinkle with Parmesan and roasted pine nuts.
