Ingredients
- 3 tuna cans
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 2 tablespoons parsley leaves
- 5 garlic cloves
- sea salt, pepper
- olive oil
Preparation
Chop tomatoes and onion into rings and arrange together with tuna alternately in a small baking dish as you arrange some moussaka. The top layer have to be tomato. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, chopped garlic, chopped parsley and little olive oil. Bake in the oven until onion and tomato soften.
