Scrambled Eggs With Vegetables And Seeds


  • small piece of bacon
  • 1/4 red belly pepper
  • few mushrooms
  • sesame seeds
  • flax seeds
  • 2 eggs
  • chopped parsley


Add chopped bacon in a heated frying pan, fry for few minutes, add chopped red belly pepper – few minutes, then add chopped mushrooms and fry a little bit longer because mushrooms have a lot of water in itself. When the water evaporate, add sesame and flax, stir 2 to 3 times and finely add whisked eggs. Fry for two minutes and serve with chrono bread and some spread like hummus, roasted red pepper sauce or with some fresh salad.
