Chicken With Hazelnuts


  • 250 g chicken file
  • 2 lemons
  • 40 g butter
  • chive
  • parsley
  • olive oil
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • little hazelnuts


Make a marinade of 1/2 lemon, finely chopped chive, salt, pepper and olive oil. Marinate chicken for at least 1/2 hour. Briefly fry chicken in a pan from both sides until get nice golden color. Transfer to some baking dish and bake in the oven on 170 degrees for 20 minutes. While the fillet is baking, turn it occasionally. Then make lemon dressing: pour in the pan remaining lemon juice (1 and half) and when start boiling add butter and gently stir while boiling and it’s done when become creamy. Add some finely chopped parsley. Pour dressing over the meat and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts.

If you’re in restriction just skip the hazelnuts, and just serve with some fresh salad.
