Meatballs With Roasted Cauliflower


For meatballs:

  • minced beef meat (or lamb meat)
  • sea salt, pepper, fresh mint, oregano and rosemary
  • finely chopped pink onion

For gremolata:

  • lemon zest
  • garlic
  • parsley
  • olive oil

For cauliflower:

  • cauliflower
  • olive oil
  • caraway
  • black fennel
  • nigella seeds


Mix all ingredients for meatballs and place in the fridge for one hour. Then form the balls and bake them on a grill or in the frying pan. Mix all ingredients for the gremolata and pour over the meatballs. Also, mix all spices for cauliflower, add florets and place all in the oven on 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. When it is baked sprinkle with smoked pepper powder (hot or ordinary).
