Mushroom And Leek Pie


  • 500 g buckwheat phyllo
  • 1 large leek
  • 700 g mushrooms
  • spices: sea salt, pepper…
  • mineral water
  • olive oil
  • seeds per taste


Chop leek and mushrooms, fry them on olive oil and add spices. Grease each sheet of phyllo with a mixture of olive oil and mineral water, fold into a triangle, place two to three tablespoons of prepared filling on a wide section and twist into a pie. Grease each pie with a mixture of oil and mineral water and sprinkle with seeds per your taste. Bake on 200 degrees until get nice golden color.
