Chicken With Zucchini And Carrot Pasta


  • 400 g chicken file
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 small leek
  • cooking cream (milky)
  • little olive oil
  • sea salt, pepper, fresh dill


First fry chopped leek on a little olive oil, then add chicken you previously chopped into stripes. When the chicken is softened and get nice golden color add spices and cooking cream. Don’t cook too much, just to start boiling, otherwise, the cream would turn into fat. At the end add chopped fresh dill and raw spaghetti from zucchini and carrot. Remove from the heat in order not to overcook spaghetti. In this case, spaghetti will be crispy.
