Ingredients
- 200 g buckwheat flour
- 200 g whole wheat flour
- 100 g rye flour
- 1 baking powder
- pinch of baking soda
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon caraway
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- pinch of rosemary
- pinch of sea salt
- 1/2 l water
Preparation
Mix all dry ingredients, then add oil and water and knead the dough. Leave it overnight to ferment. Heat the oven on 250 degrees. Pour the mixture in the baking dish covered with baking paper, form the loaf as you want and bake about 40 minutes.
If you want more healthier version, then replace whole wheat flour with oat flour. It will probably be more crumble, but it’s worth a try.
