American Pie From A Glass


For the base:

  • 6 dl almond flour
  • 1,5 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 5 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla aroma

For the filling:

  • 5 medium sweet apples
  • 2 – 3 tablespoons cinnamon
  • agave syrup per taste
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • water for stewing


Heat the oven on 200 degrees. Knead the non-stick soft dough. Place them into a baking dish covered with baking paper and stretch as thin as possible using a rolling pin. Bake them about 15 minutes on 200 degrees. Take care not to overdo as it will turn out hard. When it is baked, remove from the oven and cover with a damp cloth.
Peel the apples, cut into dices, add cinnamon and stew on little water on moderate temperature. Add water as needed to keep it juicy. When the apples are done, crush the base or the dough with your hands and place one part in a glass. Put apples over it and repeat the process again. Garnish with cinnamon sticks and serve.
