Coconut Cookies


  • 3 dl coconut flour
  • 2 dl almond flour
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla aroma

For the glaze:

  • 100 g black chocolate with 70% cocoa at least
  • 2 tablespoons almond oil


Heat the oven on 180 degrees. Put all ingredients into blender to make sticky dough. You can make balls with your hands or with an ice cream spoon. Arrange them on baking paper and put in preheated oven on ten minutes (depends on the oven). When they get nice golden color, remove from the oven and leave to cool. In a meantime melt the chocolate in the microwave or on the steam, add almond oil, stir and then dip each cookie into chocolate. Arrange them on baking paper, sprinkle with melted chocolate and put in the fridge for about 15 minutes to tighten.
