Vlach Salad


  • 150 g Feta cheese
  • 300 g cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 roasted red peppers
  • 150 g pancetta


Mash Feta cheese and mix it with cottage cheese. Then add olive oil and finely chopped garlic. Add chopped hard boiled eggs, as well ad chopped roasted red peppers and pancetta you previously fry little bit. You can add fresh pancetta, but it’s always taste better if fry it little. That’s it. Vlach salad is ready!
