Ingredients
- 8 – 10 slices of bacon
- 4 eggs
- sea salt, pepper
Preparation
From this amount of ingredients you’ll get 4 baskets. Take the molds for muffins. You can use silicone or ordinary but in that case grease them with little pork fat. Arrange slice of bacon on the edges of molds to form baskets (two to three slices, that they continue nicely on top of each other to make a proper circle as far as possible. Then brake the egg in each mold. Sprinkle each egg with little salt and pepper and put in prehated oven. Bake some ten minutes on 220 degrees.
