Oyster And Porcini Mushrooms Stew


  • 1 leek
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 100 g porcini mushrooms
  • 500 g oyster mushrooms
  • allowed oil for frying
  • 1 cup tomato juice without sugar
  • sea salt, pepper


Fry chopped leek and onion on allowed oil with addition of water. When soften, then add chopped garlic, paprika and thyme and then add mushrooms you previously brushed with wet cloth and cut into larger pieces. Continue stewing on low temperature until soften. Before the end add one cup of tomato juice and spice with salt and pepper. You can eat without any side dish, or combine with cauliflower or zucchini puree.
