Ingredients
- 1 can of mackerel
- few florets of cauliflower
- full handful of Brussels sprouts
- two or three handfuls of rocket salad
- one small red onion
- few olives
- pinch of sea salt
- olive oil
- lemon juice
Preparation
Cook cauliflower and Brussels sprout in salted water. Let to boil few minutes and remove from the heat. When the vegetable is softened, transfer it to a bowl, add chopped olives, onion, rocked salad and mackerel. Sprinkle with salt, olive oil and lemon juice.
