Bacon Wrapped Asparagus


  • 1/2 bunch of asparagus
  • few slices pancetta
  • little olive oil
  • chrono bread
  • sea salt, pepper


Wash asparagus, cut off the hard parts at the end of each and blanch them a little. Drain them from the water, let them get a little cool, and then wrap into pancetta. Arrange wrapped asparagus into heated dry frying pan. Fry from both sides to get nice golden color. Remove asparagus and toast chrono bread – per one minute for each side. Serve with poached eggs.
