Red Onion Crackers


  • 150 g allowed flour (we used integral spelt)
  • 50 ml water
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 red onion
  • sesame


Knead the soft dough from listed ingredients except onion and sesame. Leave it to rest for 20 minutes. Then stretch the dough on baking paper as thin as possible. Press slowly and at the same time extend the dough to the outer edges of the paper. Then, with a knife or a pizza cutter, first cut out the squares, and then triangles. Arrange the thinly sliced red onion and sprinkle with sesame. Transfer on a baking tray and put in preheated oven. Bake about 10 minutes on 200 degrees. Leave them to cool a bit. They will be crunchy, and somehow soft.
