- 300 g cottage cheese (if you’re in restriction use young goat or cow cheese)
- 2 tablespoons sour cream (if you’re in restriction skip this)
- 5 – 6 slices of pancetta
- 2 – 3 cloves of garlic baked
- pinch of sea salt (at the end if necessary)
- pinch of crushed hot pepper
Wrap garlic cloves into foil and put in preheated oven to bake. When softened, remove it from the oven. Put it into blender, add other ingredients, spin for a few times and that’s it.
