Chicken Rolls With Brussels Sprout


  • 500 g Brussels sprout
  • 500 chicken fillet
  • 40 g Dijon mustard
  • sea salt
  • allowed oil


Clean Brussels sprout from the outer leaves and cut off the root part at the bottom. Cook Brussels sprout on a steam until soften. Cut the chicken meat into stripes, tenderize and salt. Coat meat with the mustard, then place at the beginning of the stripe cooked Brussels sprout and roll in. Tight rolls with toothpick and fry on little allowed oil until meat get nice golden yellow color from all sides.
