Tuna Salad I


  • 1/2 lettuce
  • 1 tuna can
  • 120 g cucumber
  • 80 g cherry tomato
  • 4 quail eggs
  • 30 g black olives
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • sea salt, pepper


Wash lettuce and cut it into large cubes. Cut the cucumber into semicircles and cherry tomato into halves. Wash eggs, cook them, peel and cut in halves. Put in the bowl lettuce, sprinkle with olive oil and lemon juice, add salt and pepper and gently stir. Remove tuna from the can, strain from the excess fat and arrange over the salad. Then arrange cherry tomato, cucumber, black olives without seeds and quail eggs . Leave the salad to cool and serve with chrono bread.
