Ingredients
- 1 zucchini
- sour cream
- little sea salt
- ham
Preparation
Wash zucchini and cut it into thin slices. Put in a frying pan little olive oil and per your taste little crushed garlic (but if you’re going to the job after breakfast skip this step). Fry zucchini on low temperature. They should soften, not to change color. When fried remove from the pan. Also cut ham into thin slices, put over zucchini and coat with sour cream. Salt a bit and then roll them.
