Rolled Meatballs


  • 500 g minced beef
  • 60 g leek
  • 1 egg white
  • pinch or two of baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • spices: sea or Himalayan salt, colorful pepper, paprika, cumin, coriander
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Finely chop the leek and add to the meat. Then add spices and baking soda and knead with your hands. Add tomato sauce, egg white and olive oil and knead again well. Leave to rest little and then form meatballs. Take the mold for muffins and grease the bottom with butter. Then take slices of bacon and roll into circle. Put meatball in the middle. Put in preheated oven on 200 degrees and bake some 20 minutes or more depending on the oven. Serve with cauliflower puree.
