Cheese Stuffed Zucchini


  • 1 large round zucchini
  • 120 g cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • dill per taste
  • pepper per taste
  • sea salt per taste
  • 1,5 teaspoon roasted sesame
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil


Mash the cheese with the fork, add sour cream, spices and stir well to unite. Wash zucchini well, don’t peel it, just cut the top as a lid, scoop out the middle and stuff with prepared mixture. Put in a baking dish covered with baking paper and pour olive oil over it. Preheat the oven on 200 degrees and bake about half an hour. When zucchini become soft, remove from the oven.
