Pumpkin With Chia Seeds And Quinoa


  • 1 cup of quinoa
  • 400 g pumpkin
  • 10 grains of raisins
  • cinnamon and carob
  • 200 ml kefir
  • 1,5 teaspoon chia seeds


This is the quantity for two portions. First soak red quinoa and cook in water. Then soak chia seeds into kefir. Spice quinoa with raisins and carob. You can add Stevia if you think it’s necessary. Arrange 2/3 mixture on the bottom of the serving glasses. Cook pumpkin, spice it with cinnamon and mash it. Put per one half in each glass. Arrange the rest of quinoa over the pumpkin. Then arrange kefir with chia on top of each glass. Cool well and serve.
