Ingredients
- 2 handfuls peeled spinach
- 2 garlic cloves
- handful blanched almonds
- 1 dl olive oil
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- pinch of sea salt
Preparation
Put all ingredients into blender and mix well. If necessary add more liquid and spices. Coat chrono bread with prepared pesto, put some cherry tomato and fish slices over it and your fasting sandwich is ready.
