Strudel Chrono Bread


  • 2 and 1/4 dl integral spelt flour
  • 3/4 dl oat flour
  • 1 teaspoon psyllium
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 dl sour cream
  • 1,5 dl lukewarm water (mineral or ordinary)
  • 5 olives with peppers
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder


Cut the olives into rings. Mix all ingredients except baking powder. Leave the dough to ferment 3 to 4 hours on room temperature. Then add baking powder and knead the dough again. Pour mixture into mold for bread and align with wet hands. Put in preheated oven and bake on 220 degrees about 40 minutes.
