Chicken With Mushroom And Hummus


  • 1 tablespoon pork fat
  • 1/2 leek
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 200 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 large or 1 small zucchini
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • spices: sea salt, pepper, dill, parsley, basil, paprika, oregano, rosemary, turmeric
  • hummus
  • little crushed red pepper and parsley


Chop leek and garlic and fry little on a pork fat. Then add chicken meat cut into cubes and cook occasionally adding water until meat get nice white color. Add zucchini and mushrooms cut into cubes, cover and cook unti vegetable soften. Then uncover the dish, let the water evaporate and add spices. Fry constantly stirring until get nice golden color. Transfer to the plate, put some hummus on it and sprinkle with crushed red pepper and chopped parsley.
