Nettle And Chickpeas


  • 2 bunches of young nettle
  • 1 bunch of spring onion
  • 1 sprig of spring garlic
  • little olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons cooked chickpeas
  • sea salt
  • pepper


First cook nettle, drain and chop. Also chop spring onion and spring garlic and fry a bit on a little olive oil. Add chopped nettle, briefly fry together, then pour water in which you cooked chickpeas and cook on moderate temperature about half an hour. At the end add 6 tablespoons cooked chickpeas, and salt and pepper per taste.
