Marinated Hake On Vegetables


  • 400 g hake without head
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 2 young zucchini
  • 100 g baby spinach
  • allowed oil for frying
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • sea salt
  • pepper


Cut the hake into small pieces and peel its skin. Finely chop the parsley, mash garlic and make lemon zest. Mix all with salt, pepper and allowed oil for frying and pour prepared marinade over the fish. Cover the baking dish with baking paper and pour marinated fish in it. Put in preheated oven on 200 degrees and bake until get nice golden color. Wash young zucchini and together with skin cut into stripes. Fry them little on allowed oil to soften and add baby spinach at the end just to wither. Serve prepared fish on the base of zucchini and spinach and sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil.
