Layered Salad


  • 1 avocado
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 150 g canned tuna
  • 70 g homemade chrono mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 80 g cherry tomato
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • pinch of dried basil
  • few leaves of fresh basil
  • pepper
  • sea salt


Take out seed from avocado and separate pulp from the peel using tablespoon and mash the pulp with fork. Pour tablespoon of olive oil over pulp, add lemon juice and spices per your taste and stir all. Drain tuna from the oil and mix with mayonnaise and chopped parsley. Cut cherry tomatoes into cubes and pour tablespoon of olive oil on it and sprinkle with basil and spice per your taste. Put a metal ring on the plate or other round mold (ring) and press the half of the avocado mixture on the bottom. Over it put half mixture of tuna and at the end half cherry tomatoes. On the same way form one more layered salad. Before serving remove ring from the plate.
