Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons cooked millet
- 4 mushrooms
- 2 eggs
- pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons tomato pelati
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation
Wash millet, soak into water and leave overnight. Cook it in the morning. Since it’s already softened a lot, you don’t need twice as much water, put it less. Let it boil for a minute, remove from the stove, and cover a dish. In a meantime cut mushrooms and fry them little on a butter and olive oil. Add millet and fry them too to become crispy. Then whisk two eggs and pour over the mushrooms and millet, add little tomato pelati, reduce temperature and cover the dish. Let eggs to cook a little.
