  • 150 g raisins
  • 150 g fig
  • 100 g pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon chrono apricot jam or diabetic jam
  • orange zest


Grind raisins and figs in meat grinder or blender. Finely chop pineapple. Mix fruits with apricot jam and orange zest. Shape cones with your hands.
