- 600 g turkey breasts
- 200 g spinach
- 2 zucchini
- 1 small cauliflower
- 2 garlic cloves
- sea salt
- pepper
- parsley
- basil
Preparation
Cut the turkey meat into small thin steaks and using meat mallet tenderize a bit and spice per your taste. Blanch spinach in a salted boiling water to soften, drain it and chop. On each piece of meat put some spinach and wrap into roll. The ends of meat attach with toothpicks in order not to unroll during frying. Put in a frying pan a little allowed oil and put rolls in it. Fry from all sides until get nice golden color, then remove from the heat and leave on warm place. Wash zucchini and cut into circles, salt them per your taste and fry on a oil from the meat.Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Divide cauliflower into florets and cook them into salted water. When soften, drain it and mesh into fine puree. Add chopped garlic and stir all. Using ice cream spoon take out the balls and serve with turkey rolls and zucchini.
